The Bidder is legal person or other organization that has purchased the Bidding Document from the Tendering Agent, and has participated in the bid. Any legal person or organization that has not purchased the Bidding Document from the Tendering Agent is not allowed to participate in the bid.

This Invitation for Bids is open to all legal persons or other organizations within the People’s Republic of China (hereinafter abb. as “PRC”) or from all countries/areas which have regular trade relations with PRC (hereinafter called “the eligible source countries/areas”).

Different Bidders that have the same person in charge or have the relationship of share-holding or management should not participate in the bids for the same package.

Bidders should successfully complete the registration on http:/ *** (hereinafter abb. as “the Website”) prior to the deadline for submission of Bids stipulated in the Bidding Document. 有效业绩的确认条件须满足以下条件：
1.加盖投标人公章（如为国外投标人只需被授权人签字）的合同复印件, 须体现合同盖章页、采购数量、从催化剂装填 (略) 时间等信息，且开标时须携带合同原件核验，日期以合同签订日期为准。
Bidder must have at least one(1) valid and effective experience on Dehydrogenation Catalyst with same model as this bidding supplied to * KT/A Badger process SM device in China （Catalyst shall be used for more than * months from loading to unloading；《the Table of * KT/A or above Badger process SM device in China 》is as per the Attachment 2 of Section Six ）, the copy of the contract since * with the official seal of the bidder shall be provided.(the Format of Relevant Experiences List is as per the Attachment 2 of Section Six).
Conditions for confirmation of effective performance:
a)The copy of the contract with the official seal of the bidder(if it is a foreign bidder, it only needs to be signed by the authorized person) shall reflect the information such as the contract seal page, the purchase quantity, operation time from catalyst loading to unloading etc., and the original contract shall be carried for verification when bid opening, and the date shall be subject to the date of signing the contract.
